When availability opens for the next match (usually Sunday at 3pm), you'll get a notification. Tap I'm available to sign up.

The first 18 players to sign up get an active spot. Everyone after that joins a reserve list, ordered by sign-up time.

If an active player can't play, the top reserve is automatically promoted and notified.

You can mark yourself as can't play at any time before the match is marked complete. If you do and re-sign up, you go to the reserve queue.

Any member can invite a guest who isn't registered on the app. Tap Invite non-member on the availability tab.

Before Tuesday 3pm, guests are placed on the reserve list only — even if there are active spots available. This gives registered members priority to sign up first during the week.

At Tuesday 3pm, any guests still on the reserve list are automatically promotedto active if there are available spots. They'll be notified when promoted.

Organisers assign players to Red or Whiteteams before match day. Once published, you'll see a clean two-column team sheet on the match page.

Organisers can save team sheets as drafts silently. When ready, they use Publish teams to send the announcement.

You'll receive a notification when team sheets are announced.

You can receive push notifications for:

• Availability opening for the next match
• Being promoted from reserve to active
• Team sheets being published
• Match cancellations
• Reminder nudges if you haven't signed up yet

Manage which notifications you receive in Settings from the menu.

When first prompted, tap Enable notificationsand allow them in your browser. You can dismiss the prompt and it'll reappear after 7 days.

View your outstanding fines and match fees from My Fines and My Match Fees in the menu.

You can pay online — tap the Pay button next to any outstanding item. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

This is a web app you can add to your home screen for quick access — no app store needed.
